Violations of Acceptable Use Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and "double optin" will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated without notice.
Bulkwebservers.com reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with this policy, at its sole discretion. Bulkwebservers.com also reserves the right to make any such modifications in an emergency at our sole discretion.
Bulkwebservers.com reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee. This cost of the clean up fee is left entirely to the discretion of Bulkwebservers.com. All rights reserved.
Threats: Use of the Bulkwebservers.com's services for transmitting any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.
Harassment: Use of the Bulkwebservers.com's services to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another.
Intentional distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.
Use of software or any device that would facilitate a continued connection, i.e. pinging, while using Bulkwebservers.com's services could result in suspension service.
All services provided by Bulkwebservers.com may only be used for lawful purposes. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bulkwebservers.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Bulkwebservers.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Bulkwebservers.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bulkwebservers.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Bulkwebservers.com; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Bulkwebservers.com's server.
Bulkwebservers requests that if you believe that there is a violation of this AUP, direct the information to the abuse@Bulkwebservers.com. If possible, please provide the IP address used to commit the violation, date and time of the violation, evidence of the violation and as much details as possible.
Bulkwebservers reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notice. All clients old and new abide by the latest version of AUP, TOS and Privacy Policy maintained at our site.
