This Agreement shall be for an "Initial Term" as chosen by you in the Order Form located on this Site at the time you register for the Services. This Agreement will be automatically renewed (the "Renewal Term") at the end of the Initial Term for the same period as the Initial Term unless you provide Bulkwebservers.com with notice of termination thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or the Renewal Term.
In any case you are not satisfied with our service, you can request for full refund within 30 calendar days from the date that you ordered your Monthly hosting account with us.
Prevent to our servers from spammers, we do not offer the uncondictional money back gaurantee, Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us. Any refund requests must be forwarded to our billing department by submitting an email on billing@Bulkwebservers.com with Refund Monye subject, 7 days before from the end of you first month. This excludes any overage charges like bandwidth, add-on charges like IPs and Setup charges. In case you have violated our AUP you are not entitled for this guarantee. After the first month, contracts with a billing cycle of more than one month will be refunded after deducting for the period you actually used your service. Some purchases that cannot be refunded are; Setup Charges, Domain Registration, Add-on purchases, Overuse charges, SSL certificates
You agree that use of the Services under this Agreement will not exceed the bandwidth and storage usage limits set out. If you use any bandwidth or storage space in excess of the agreed upon number of megabytes per month, you agree to pay the associated additional charges.
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Bulkwebservers.com, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Bulkwebservers.com of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis, and One time charges like Setup fees at the commencement of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. All transactions are handled by 2co, Paypal for us. All transactions are in US dollars even though may be displayed in other currencies. If you exceed resources like space and bandwidth allocated to you you will be charged for the additional usage charges.
In any case, if you terminate your receipt of the Services prior to the end of the Initial Term or the Renewal Term, whichever is then applicable, (i) Bulkwebservers.com will not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination and (ii) you shall be required to pay 100% of Bulkwebservers.com's standard monthly charge for each month remaining in the term, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you terminate your receipt of Shared Hosting Services prior to the end of the first thirty (30) days of the Initial Term, you are entitled to a refund of the fees you paid in advance for the monthly Services, not including any setup fees. Your termination request or notice must be submitted to Bulkwebservers.com in the manner described in terms. Bulkwebservers.com reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. Bulkwebservers.com reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. Bulkwebservers.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Bulkwebservers.com reserves the right to change the Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of the Acceptable Use Policy does not constitute consent.
Failure to pay the amount due in full within 2 week from due date will result in termination in the account, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We use industry standard hardware, software and connections at our end. While we make every possible effort to offer you the highest level of service, Bulkwebservers.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Bulkwebservers.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Bulkwebservers.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Bulkwebservers.com and its employees.
Bulkwebservers reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notice. All clients old and new abide by the latest version of AUP, TOS and Privacy Policy maintained at our site.
